Terms of Service
If you want to make a commission from my part, you must agrree to the Terms of Service that I will provide to you. I reserve the right to deny or cancel any request that I consider uncomfortable or it violates anything.- Art usage: The art that I provide to yoy can only used by the commissioner for the following things: Profile pictures, Character references, Content creation, prints, acrylic stands, stickers and such things (although only for personal use) and among others. The commissioner may only use these items for themselves and not for profit.
- The person that commissioned the art wil NOT use the provided art for the following things: AI training or alterations made in AI, NFTs or blockchain, alterations of the images beyond the recognition or for political/offensive purposes. The violation of these terms may result in you being in a blacklist.
- Payment: Payment can be made via either PayPal or Ko-fi, and it is upfront. Once the payment is done, there's a 7-day time limit where refunds can be make. After the 7-day limit, there will be no refunds, with no exceptions. An additional $3 will be paid in order to cover PayPal commission fees.
- Content: I am open to draw mostly any type of drawing that contains the following themes: Human/humanoid, Furries, Ship content (BL, GL, Straight, if not problematic), fan art of either offical or original characters.
- However, I can refuse any type of content that contains the following themes: Real-life people, offensive or political content, complicated designs for me to draw, hate art, problematic ships (Incest, Large age-gaps, abusive dynamics, etc.)
